This post isn't about another load, another truck, another workshop, another bathhouse, and another sorely needed wheel. It's all there in the photos, it's all familiar, and you've seen it dozens of times. Formally, for the sake of reporting, another shipment totaling UAH 8,568,825 has been purchased, prepared and is on its way to the frontline. The usual scheme of work, where Poroshenko paid half and you paid the other half. But this post isn't about that!
If you rewind a year, you will find that exactly one year ago we received our first 2 Leyland DAF trucks. Yura Biriukov and the team were a bit puppyish about it, because there was something to be so excited about. Exactly one year ago. And this year we have already brought 173 such trucks to Ukraine. One truck every two days.
Every two days, another truck, regardless of the weather, seasons, holidays (although what holidays are there). Rain or shine, snow or heat - every two days we bring another truck.
Several dozen have been converted into repair shops, a dozen and a half into Poseidon UAV control machines, a dozen and a half into ZU-23-2, and a dozen cranes for loading ammunition. All the rest work like regular tilt-top trucks. This is just this model, this is just this type of vehicle. It is a super-reliable and unpretentious army donkey. My inner logistician is happy.
