But seriously... Supplying volunteer trucks to the army is a complicated and specific story. How does it usually work? For example we have a fictional warrior, a cool and effective one (no sarcasm here), who writes something on social media, talks about his life, shows the war, and then asks for help with something. This is a NORMAL story, it should be like that. As for the trucks... the head of the car service will not write on Facebook, the head of logistics will not make a video on TikTok. It's just the way things are. Trucks are needed for everyday work, as we have written dozens of times - they carry everything. In any army mission, there is bound to be a truck somewhere in the background. Without logistics, there will be no effective defense or counteroffensive!
Our army needs thousands of trucks. You and I can't do it, even if we do this task alone. Our army needs hundreds of cranes. You and I will not be able to pull off such a project even if we stop all the others. But we will do exactly as much as we can! And we will be proud of our help to the army.
We have found 50+ DAF army trucks in Europe, in normal technical condition. There are cranes-manipulators, which are so beloved by our artillery. There are trucks with hydraulic tailgates that facilitate unloading and loading. There are container ships - yes, you got the hint right - with baths.
The cost of buying this batch of cars is just over 34,000,000 hryvnias. Half of it will be paid by Poroshenko, which is normal and understandable. But the speed of the trucks' arrival in Ukraine will depend on how soon we can pay our half. Help the Ukrainian Armed Forces!
