A simple story with no deep meanings, no epic, and even no props (well, you'll find them if you just want to).
Two months ago, we handed over the first DAF Leyyland trucks, the first 5 units. At that time, they hadn't had time to buy new tires, so they handed them over on old ones, just the ones they had come from the UK on.
Time has passed, the tires have arrived, and we are paying off our debts. The task of "re-shoeing" all the trucks has not gone away.
We met with the unit, handed it over, listened to the feedback (good), barely got our own DAF back (because they wanted to take it from us too), hugged each other... and went about our business.
PS And the story of how a farmer who was driving by fed us all apples. It was very nice. And yes, the apples were dented quickly.
