Our Oshkosh will be pulling the Panzerhaubitze 2000, which is an ultra-precise and ultra-heavy self-propelled gun.
The process of obtaining the permit was extremely complicated, because the permit to sell us this military equipment was issued not only in the UK (as the final owner), but also included the US State Department (as the country of origin).
The condition is superb, with full service and 500 miles.
And it all cost more than...
But here's the thing....
First, Petro Poroshenko paid half of the amount, as he always does. Secondly, we raised most of the money (over a million hryvnias) in one day, when Iryna Gerashchenko initiated a campaign to raise money for us on Petro Poroshenko's birthday. Thirdly, we have a lot of extremely expensive projects, but we know that every hryvnia of this project brings our victory closer. And the rapid deployment of self-propelled artillery systems to the positions - oh, yes.
The army's need for such trucks... oh. Well, here's the sad part. Because they are needed. Trucks are needed, tractors are needed, trailers are needed, refuelers are needed, "hostesses" are needed, kungs are needed, and cranes are needed. Many, hundreds and thousands of them. Partner countries help, and the Ministry of Defense buys some more, but there is also the issue of losses on the battlefield and the speed of recovery.
We found more. Not a lot, but in excellent condition. And this is exactly the moment when the efficiency of spending money completely drowns out the fear of not raising money on time.
These purchases are super efficient.
