I never tire of repeating that the army is not only about fighting and liberating territories and military operations. The difference between the Savetsky army and ours is the attitude towards people. And the attitude towards people is, first of all, where they return to, in what conditions. Where they go, it should be warm, dry, cozy, with hot water, and with the opportunity to feel like a human being.
So, yes, it is not as beautiful as our other large-scale projects, but it is no less important, believe me.
