For many years, Sprava Hromadas has been friends with an artist known in Ukrainian social networks under the nickname Fill Feaouill. For many years, Phil has been drawing witty animations and cartoons sarcastically poking fun at political events with one hand, and supporting A Cause for Communities in its volunteer work with the other, creating T-shirt designs especially for us, which are available on our donation platform.
