We are already firmly in first place in terms of quantity, having already brought a hundred trucks to Ukraine and have contracts for more than two hundred more. Judging by the flurry of requests from the brigades, we have found the right use for volunteer money.
We bought both used and new armored vehicles. I'd rather not talk about our colleagues here, because they'll say I'm slandering someone. And yes, not only in the past tense, but we are currently signing a new contract for a new batch of armored vehicles.
We bought super-heavy and super-powerful tank tractors. This is the cherry on top. And there is a critical need for one of the artillery brigades.
It seemed that we understood the whole range of army tasks for wheeled vehicles. And then we were asked for a bus... and we bought it, yeah. UAH 275,872 for a 59-seater bus with air conditioning, in excellent condition.
Why, you may ask? Every week, the training center graduates up to 100 trained fighters for the benefit of one of the airborne brigades. It graduates them, but does not deliver them to the front. The brigade pays a fortune every week to a commercial carrier, who stupidly triples the usual prices because of the alleged "risk" but in fact realizing the military's desperation. Every week, there are many tasks to transport soldiers from one point to another, to drop these here and these there. We are not talking about traveling to the front line, there are hundreds of other invisible logistical processes in any fighting brigade. And we... we like to help with logistics.
