It has been said more than once that our war is the most modern war on the planet, a war of the latest technologies and a competition of qualified specialists. The field is increasingly being decided by the technology of the future - FPV and reconnaissance drones, mine-clearing robots and robots for evacuating the wounded, etc. Unfortunately, our enemy also uses the latest technologies, and we need to defend ourselves against them.

In 2024, Sprava Hromadas and the Poroshenko Foundation began to transfer to the frontline the electronic warfare system Shatro, a unique electronic warfare system for protection against enemy drones. This is an electronic warfare station that provides counteraction and disabling of enemy drones. It can be used to create a protective "dome" for stationary and moving objects: medical personnel, ambulances, artillery, important points; to protect infantry in a trench or in open terrain; to organize cover for reconnaissance units. It is a highly mobile and versatile device that can be used literally from the trench and is easy to transport. It can disable any of the DJI Mavic configurations or similar dual-purpose drones (e.g., Autel), homemade and some commercially available FPVs.

We started by transferring the systems to the three most common frequency bands, then to four, and in 2025 our defenders will receive 5-band systems. Moreover, those brigades that were the first to receive electronic warfare systems from us will eventually receive additional modules to make their equipment and positions more secure, more "covered" from Russian drones, no matter what model or modernization they are.

In 2024, we handed over more than two hundred Shatro electronic warfare systems, but this is still not enough to reliably protect everyone who needs it.
