In the midst of counterattacks, we should not forget about defense, because it saves lives. „Throughout the years of the full-scale war, the Poroshenko Foundation and Sprava Hromadas have been helping combat units to equip fortifications, dugouts, and bunkers - we have been sending materials and tools, dozens of excavators, etc.

In 2025, we started sending mobile sawmills to the frontline - another brick in the construction of reliable fortifications, even more chances for our defenders to stay alive and healthy even in the most difficult areas and in any part of the frontline.

The mobile horizontal band sawmill is designed for longitudinal sawing of round timber into edged and unedged lumber. It has small dimensions and a mobile frame that can be transported using a standard car tow bar, with a trip to the destination. The collapsible frame consists of three sections: the main one (4 meters long) and two additional ones (1.5 meters each); this makes it possible to cut logs from 3 to 6 meters long each. The bandsaw can cut round timber with a diameter of up to 800 mm.
