Mathematics.
It costs 17,000 hryvnias to transport one Leyland DAF army truck from a transit site in Poland to Lviv, and another 6,000 hryvnias to transport it from Lviv to Kyiv. That's a total of 23,000 hryvnias, which doesn't seem like an unbearable amount.
But there are already 12 trucks in Poland waiting to pay for the transportation. And 276 thousand hryvnias is not such an easy amount to raise.
We are asking for help because it makes no sense - the trucks are there, but the people we need are here.
