Yuriy Biryukov, ambassador of the NGO "Community Matters":
"My little 'zampotyl' pride, but also the most disturbing place in our battalion is the medical sector. I really want all these preparations to be in vain, but... In general, this is a photo report on how we spend the money we raise.
I have already written several times that I try to work with the worst-case scenario when it comes to supply. And in the case of medics, I chose an extremely terrible option - to provide primary medical support to the battalion in conditions when regular hospitals cannot accept us at all.
So, in two or three days we will have our own field operating room, with the necessary stock of surgical instruments and medicines. We have the specialists. This will be the final stage in the deployment of the unit, and the rest has already been done: we have first aid kits, a supply of medicines, paramedics are training in tactical medicine, and an ambulance is on its way.
But it would be better, much better, if we didn't need it.
The 206th battalion is working. The 206th Battalion is fighting. The 206th battalion is winning".
