To transport super-heavy cargo, the Armed Forces use the M1000 trailer with a capacity of up to 80 tons. That is, it can haul American Abrams M1A1s, British Challenger 2s, German Leopard 2A6s, and so on, a long list of heavy weapons.
The M1000 trailer has 40 wheels.
You can see the condition of the wheels in the photos taken this morning. Now the battalion's fighters are running around to familiar tire fitting stations and collecting any unnecessary and old wheels of the appropriate size. Because the front cannot wait, the front needs transportation of super-heavy cargo.
The critical need for now is at least 30 wheels. This will close the "leaky" issues on several trailers, which is a little more than 150,000 hryvnias. The Ministry of Defense does not have a vehicle of this size, and it will no longer be possible to purchase it for a subvention from local budgets.
The front cannot wait. There is nowhere else to wait for help for the military.
