Metrosexuals are drinking lavender raffa, fashion bloggers are suffering because they can't go to Nice. Meanwhile, 50+ uncles are pulling shells, pulling tons of them a day - it's damn hard.
The three-axe shell for the M777 weighs 60 kilograms with a tail. There are 24 shells on a pallet, so the weight of the pallet is one and a half tons with the third. Each shell has to be removed from the socket, delivered to the truck, received there and inserted into the same pallet. Or... take a DAF with a crane, simplify your task and save your back. However, there are very few DAFs with a manipulator.
In almost a year of working with these trucks, we have found five cranes. Three of them have been brought to Ukraine, one is on its way from Poland, and another is waiting for payment in the UK. And when a grain truck lost control in February and rammed our DAF into the oncoming lane, the task for the service station was to "lift" the crane at any cost, at any cost. We recovered it, repaired it and handed it over.
All the bloggers' talk about our offensive is also about the consumption of shells. Sixty kilograms need to be taken out of the socket, delivered to a truck, received there and put into the same pallet. Or... take a DAF with a crane.
This is the DAF in the UK, waiting for payment. The price of the issue in this particular case is 261,963 hryvnias, which is half the cost. The other half will be paid by Petro Poroshenko.
