We realize that it's just a piece of metal. You know, tires, body, engine, steering wheel - a car. But every time we fall in love with them, we try to put something of ourselves into them, we try to remember them. It's strange, we know.
These sixteen pickups were a great project for us. They were and still are. We didn't assign them names or call signs, just 1st... 2nd... 10th... 16th... They will be given names in the brigades. Today we showed them in all their glory. The 1st... and the 2nd... and the 10th... and the 16th... And now they are already going to work, the first of the airborne brigades has already taken their vehicles from us.
In general, these are emotions. Emotions from a project worth more than 10 million hryvnias. The Poroshenko Foundation has paid more than six million, and we are raising the rest with your help. We still need to pay 2 137 000, but part of the amount has already been raised.
And... on Monday, we will show the next batch of cars that we found in Europe and bring them to Ukraine by the end of next week. Yes, dozens again. Yes, new ones again. Yes, again in the Armed Forces.
And then we will show "Project #2", because pickups are only "Project #1" :)
