The almost fortieth anniversary lottery \u00abCommunity Affairs\u00bb is held under the slogan \u00abArmy, Language, Faith!\u00bb<\/p>\n

Army - because we raise funds to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Language - because we are raffling off four books by Ukrainian authors.<\/p>\n

Faith - because both we and the authors of these books believe in the Armed Forces and in victory.<\/p>\n

The four books that the four winners will receive are:<\/p>\n

  1. \u00abOleksandr Turchynov's \u00bbrevolution\"<\/strong> - is the first book in the planned historical and documentary trilogy The Pastor. About the Revolution, about intrigues and struggle for power, about the beginning of an all-out war with Russia - from Oleksandr Turchynov, who does not need to be introduced to either Ukrainians or their enemies.<\/li>\n
  2. \u00abGeneral Cook. Biography of the UPA\u00bb by Volodymyr Viatrovych<\/strong> - is a biography of the last UPA commander who went through all the tragedies of the country in the twentieth century and still saw independent Ukraine. Volodymyr Viatrovych has been working on the book for almost 20 years, knew General Cook personally, and his book won the Book of the Year 2025 award.<\/li>\n
  3. \u00abSheptukha\u00bb by Shevchenko Prize winner Tamara Horikha Zernya<\/strong> - about escaping from the emptiness of life in search of the true self.<\/li>\n
  4. \u00abBird houses\u00bb of our good friend Dmytro Kalynchuk<\/strong> - was shortlisted for the BBC Book of the Year, the first novel about UAV pilots in Ukraine written by a UAV pilot based on his own experience.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
